A launch event for a pharmaceutical cargo facility — reframed as a sensory story, not a site tour.

IAG Cargo Premia WonderLab

Not another
themed
reception.

IAG Cargo had just opened Premia — a dedicated, temperature-controlled facility for pharmaceutical and time-critical cargo. The task was a launch event for customers, press and internal leaders that celebrated the facility without resorting to hard-hat tours and technical bullet points.

Pharma logistics is precise, regulated and, frankly, dry. The brief was to make people feel the value of the facility — not just hear it listed.

Premia WonderLab.

A one-night-only immersive environment that reframed the facility's capabilities as a set of sensory experiences. Each feature of the Premia offer — cold chain, security, handling, visibility — became a tactile moment guests walked through, rather than a slide they sat through.

The creative platform — What a Wonderful World — leaned into the idea that keeping critical cargo safe lets the rest of the world keep working. Bright, optimistic, human. Not clinical.

The result was a launch that felt closer to a gallery opening than a corporate event, and sent guests out talking about the story, not the square footage.

Four sensory moments.

01
Lab-Grade Catering
Food and drink served in beakers, petri dishes and conical flasks — flipping the clinical aesthetic of pharma into something playful and edible.
02
Ice Vaccine Plinth
A carved ice sculpture cradling real vaccine vials — a visceral way to show the cold chain the Premia facility protects end-to-end.
03
Levitating Air Curtain
An interactive air jet station where a ball held itself in place on a column of air — a literal demo of the pressure-controlled environments inside Premia.
04
Cargo Memory Game
A wall-scale matching game pairing shipment types with the features of Premia that protect them — guests learned the offer without being lectured.

The result

A launch that felt like
a gallery opening.

Guests left talking about the story, not the square footage. The sensory storytelling format was later referenced as a template for future IAG Cargo events.
